Taproom Tastings: Asian-American Foodways

Our popular virtual series Taproom Tastings is back for its fifth season!

Join co-hosts KTM&HC Chief Curator Catherine Prescott and Hendrick I. Lott House Executive Director Mary Tsaltas-Ottomanelli each month for a lively discussion of historic trends in food, drink, and culture. 

A continuation of last season’s Immigrant Foodways program, Mary and Catherine dive deeper into Asian-American Foodways, exploring how Asian immigrants and Asian Americans adapted their traditional foods to the tastes and habits of their new home.

Registration for Taproom Tastings is free, with a suggested donation of $10/person. Register for individual events or for the entire series.
