Our popular virtual series Taproom Tastings is back for its fifth season!

Join co-hosts KTM&HC Chief Curator Catherine Prescott and Hendrick I. Lott House Executive Director Mary Tsaltas-Ottomanelli each month for a lively discussion of historic trends in food, drink, and culture. 

In November, Catherine and Mary will discuss kitchen tools. From improvements to the basic knife to adapting to new technologies like electricity, cooks have invented a wide array of tools to help them in the kitchen. From multi-purpose tools that can do every job to the one-hit wonder, join Catherine and Mary as they discover some of the innovative—and sometimes strange—tools found in kitchens throughout the ages.
